Sebastian Kałuża

Sebastian is a railway engineer with extensive experience in R&D projects. At Nevomo, he leads and implements R&D policies, objectives and initiatives. He has been involved with the rail industry for over 10 years. He was the head of traction unit maintenance at PKP Intercity S.A. and a member of the implementation team for the "Pendolino" train delivery projects in Poland. He was also an industrialization manager and R&D project manager at Alstom Konstal S.A. He is a specialist in process optimization and Lean Management transformation in enterprises. He holds a master's degree in engineering from the Silesian University of Technology. He also completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics.
