Varun K. Mathuri

Varun K. Mathuri is an Application Scientist at New Age Instruments & Materials since November 2022. Previously, Varun served as an M-Tech Research Fellow at CSIR-Central Scientific Instruments Organisation from December 2020 to November 2021, focusing on magnetic field sensing using NV centers in nanodiamonds, resulting in a patent application for a novel nanoantenna. Prior to this, Varun completed a summer research internship at North East Institute of Science & Technology in 2020, a project internship at Tata Pigments where iron oxide was synthesized from spinach leaves, and an internship at Steel Authority of India Limited. Varun holds an Integrated M. Tech in Nanotechnology from Central University of Jharkhand and a High School degree in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from Kendriya Vidyalaya.
