Molly Iams is responsible for overseeing all company legal matters, including developing and negotiating real estate agreements for land sales and acquisitions, development agreements, leases, and real estate covenants and restrictions.
With more than 15 years of experience in real estate transactions, Iams earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the William and Mary School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts with distinction from the University of Virginia.
Prior to her appointment, Iams provided legal services to The New Albany Company as both in-house counsels and as an attorney with Underhill & Hodge. She also previously worked as an attorney at MI Homes and as an associate attorney at Vorys, Sater, Seymour, and Pease LLP.
