Jacqueline Russell

Jacqueline Russell is an experienced Economic Development Specialist with a robust background in urban policy and development. Currently serving in this role since August 2016 in New Albany, Ohio, Jacqueline conducts research on local business expansions and facilitates outreach to understand industry challenges. Previous positions included Development Services Coordinator and Development Clerk, where responsibilities encompassed coordinating commercial development projects and managing permitting processes. Additionally, Jacqueline has contributed as Head Women’s Basketball Coach and JV Head Basketball Coach at New Albany Plain Local Schools and holds roles within the Central Ohio American Planning Association Board as Assistant Director and Chair of the Planning and Zoning Conference. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Affairs with a specialization in Urban Policy and Management from The Ohio State University.
