Jacklynn P.

Jacklynn P. currently serves as the UX Design Lead at New America's New Practice Lab since August 2023, following a role as Service Design Lead at BC Public Service where significant contributions were made in user research and service improvement initiatives. Jacklynn has extensive experience in the field, including tenure as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University Law Center, a Senior UX Designer at The Decision Lab focusing on wellness digital projects, and an Innovation Specialist at 18F dedicated to enhancing government user services. Previous roles at Google included Senior Interaction Designer, leading the design of Wear OS applications, and earlier positions encompassed design and education roles, including at Carnegie Mellon University. Jacklynn's education includes a Master's degree from Carnegie Mellon and ongoing studies at Simon Fraser University.
