Arvin Sedighi

Arvin Sedighi has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Arvin started their career in 2006 as a Sales Representative and Scheduler/Dispatcher at TruGreen. Arvin then transitioned to the position of Office Manager, where they implemented various strategies to improve workflow efficiency and cost reduction programs. In 2012, Arvin joined Randstad as a Staffing Consultant and later became a Recruiter, responsible for sourcing and screening potential candidates. In 2014, they joined New American Funding as a Recruiter and progressively advanced to the roles of Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. In their current position as Director of Talent Acquisition, Arvin oversees the company's talent acquisition strategies and processes.

Arvin Sedighi earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business Administration with a Marketing & Advertising Emphasis from the University of California, Riverside, from 2004 to 2008.
