Chad brings 25 years of expertise in building sales team platforms, and in the conception, implementation and evolution of integrated marketing campaigns. Since 2011, he has been involved in the training, coaching and mentoring of the company’s Loan Officers to provide elite client service and highly competitive terms. Chad collaborates with other departmental Senior Vice Presidents to accomplish company goals and drive record growth.
