Huruy Yohannes

Huruy Yohannes has a diverse work experience in the mortgage industry. Huruy currently holds the position of Director of Analytics at New American Funding since May 2023. Prior to that, Yohannes worked at AmeriHome Mortgage Company, LLC from April 2018 to May 2023, where they held various roles, including Senior Vice President of Retail Lending Analytics & CRM. In this role, they led a team responsible for forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, pricing strategy, and compensation studies. Yohannes also successfully formed an effective analytics team for the Consumer Direct Division and played a key role in building the BI data model for a $2 billion production volume division. Before joining AmeriHome Mortgage, Yohannes worked at Quicken Loans from April 2007 to April 2018 as the Director of Business Intelligence and Analytics. In this position, they led a team of 30 individuals and was responsible for analytics, reporting, and data warehousing for a business unit of 800 employees. Huruy also played a pivotal role in building the enterprise data warehouse for the servicing department and provided analytical studies for capital markets and servicing.

Huruy Yohannes holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University. In 2020, they obtained the CORe Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online.
