Naresh Chandrasekaran

Naresh Chandrasekaran has extensive experience in the field of software engineering and project management. Naresh is currently working as the Director of Software Engineering at New American Funding. Prior to this, Naresh worked at Rocket Mortgage as an Engineering Leader, where they implemented various critical functionalities that resulted in significant improvements in loan success rates and closing timelines. Naresh also managed and delivered projects with a revenue of $100M+.

Before joining Rocket Mortgage, Naresh held multiple roles at Cognizant, where they served as an Engagement Portfolio Leader and a Technical Delivery Manager for various clients such as Centene/Wellcare/Meridian Health Plan LLC, Reliance General Insurance, and Wellpoint Anthem. In these roles, they were responsible for project planning, design, coordination, and development. Naresh executed various projects involving the automation of processes, integration between legacy and new systems, and the design and implementation of new healthcare and enrollment systems.

Earlier in their career, Naresh worked at Syntel as a Technical Lead, where they supported and designed enrollment systems for healthcare clients. Naresh also worked at CUNA Mutual Group and Compusoft Integrated Solutions as a Project Lead, where they addressed issues and supported web application development and maintenance for various clients.
