Mari-Lu Nel

Mari-Lu Nel has a diverse work experience in accounting and finance. Mari-Lu is currently working at NewAmsterdam Pharma as an Accountant since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Accountant Freelancer in 2021. From 2011 to 2016, Mari-Lu worked at Life Healthcare Group, where they held positions such as Tax Compliance Manager, Financial Accountant Front Office, and Financial Accountant. Mari-Lu started their career in 2008 at TMF Group and TMF Nederland B.V. as an Accountant, where they worked until 2010.

Mari-Lu Nel completed their education in South Africa at Northwest University in Potchefstroom. Mari-Lu obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from 2001 to 2003, specializing in Business and Economics. Later, in 2004, they pursued further studies at Northwest University Potchefstroom and earned an Honors degree in BComm with a focus on Accounting and Finance from SAIPA.
