Ashley Salmon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate strategy and consumer health innovation. Currently serving as Senior Manager Corporate Strategy at New Balance, Ashley has held various strategic and managerial roles at notable companies, including Senior Manager for Consumer Health Innovation & Virtual Care at CVS Health, and Senior Manager of Retail Store Merchandising at Wayfair. Prior experience includes roles in executive search at Egon Zehnder and digital strategy at New Balance. Ashley began a career in consulting with Deloitte, following academic achievements that include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Dartmouth College and executive education in Strategic Planning & Management in Retailing from the Raymond A.
