Charles Wilson has extensive experience in brand marketing and consumer insights, currently serving as the Director of Brand Marketing and Consumer Insights for North America at New Balance since May 2016. Wilson previously held various positions at New Balance, including Director of Consumer Insights and Analytics and Senior Manager of Consumer Insights and Analytics. Prior to joining New Balance, Wilson worked at Dunkin' Brands for nearly a decade, where roles included Director of Marketing for New Business Development and Senior Manager of Brand Innovation. Early career experience includes positions at Forrester Research and Iona Technologies. Academic credentials include an MBA in Product and Brand Management from Boston College Carroll School of Management and a B.S. in Marketing and Information Systems from Boston College.
