Dave Wheeler

Dave Wheeler currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at New Balance, a position held since September 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing the supply chain and navigating challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, resulting in a doubling of revenue and volume. Previously, as Executive Vice President of Global Supply Chain, Dave managed over $1 billion in global spending and integrated supply chain operations. Dave's extensive experience also includes senior leadership roles at Cintas, where operations were directed across multiple facets of supply chain management, and significant early career roles at Union Pacific Railroad and the United States Department of Defense, focusing on financial and operational evaluations and systems program management. Dave holds an MBA in Supply Chain Operations and Finance from Miami University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Merrimack College. In addition to corporate roles, Dave is actively involved on the boards of the World Federation of the Sporting Goods Industry and Advanced Functional Fabrics of America, and serves on advisory boards for Zero100 and Women In Supply Chain.
