John Fleury

John Fleury is an experienced professional in strategic sourcing and packaging, currently serving as the Strategic Sourcing Global Packaging Manager at New Balance since November 2006. In this role, John has also held positions as Strategic Sourcing Global Packaging Lead and Senior Buyer for Global Packaging, Brand Security, and US Commodities. Prior to New Balance, John worked at Procter & Gamble from June 1998 to September 2006 in various roles including Promotional Packaging Sourcing Manager and Purchasing Agent for Global Promotional Packaging. Additional experience includes a position at Fresenius Medical Care as a Finished Goods/Distribution Planner and a long tenure at Massachusetts Medical Society as Production Manager for Manufacturing & Distribution. John holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Northeastern University and a Masters Certificate in Program Management from The George Washington University School of Business, along with education from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
