Kathleen (KK) Durante is an experienced product manager currently leading MarTech digital product delivery for New Balance's Global Direct-to-Consumer segment since July 2018. Responsibilities include defining and managing the technology product roadmap to enhance consumer data and personalization across various e-commerce platforms. Prior roles at New Balance involved managing performance marketing for Amazon and Zappos, developing multi-channel marketing strategies for consumer engagement, and optimizing retention metrics. Kathleen also serves as a founding member of the Product Mastermind Network at Primary Venture Partners, a seed-stage venture capital fund. Previous experience encompasses strategic consulting and research roles across various organizations, including Groups Recover Together and HawkPartners. Kathleen holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in Sociology and Anthropology from Williams College.
