Kenny Layton

Kenny Layton currently serves as the Global Running Community Lead at New Balance and co-founders Work Friends and Jan One, both of which focus on cultivating connections within the creator economy. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Discord as Head of Entertainment & Brand Partnerships and Head of Creator Partnerships. Additional significant positions held include Director of Talent Partnerships at Viacom and Omaze, and Agent at William Morris Endeavor. Kenny Layton began a career in talent representation with Agent Trainee roles at Creative Artists Agency. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science/Bioscience from the University of Iowa.
