Lisa H.

Lisa H. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning from 2005 to the present. Lisa started their career at Microsoft as a Sr HR Manager, where they supported various departments including Microsoft Licensing, IT, Sales, and the Corporate, External, & Legal Affairs (CELA) group. Lisa then joined Nike in 2020 as the Director of HR Business Partner for Demand Supply Management in North America. Lisa later transitioned to the role of Talent Management Director for North America. Currently, Lisa is working at Thumbtack as the Director of People Business Partners, starting in 2022.

Lisa H. has a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern California. Lisa also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from the University of La Verne. In addition to their academic degrees, Lisa has obtained several certifications, including Hogan Assessment Certification from MetasSkills in July 2021, Talent Management Institute certification from The Talent Strategy Group in May 2021, and Organization Design certification from LinkedIn in July 2019.
