Kristen Wallace has extensive experience in human resources and total rewards management, currently serving as the Head of Total Rewards, HR Technology and Operations at New Balance. Kristen has led significant projects such as the Global Workday Implementation focused on HCM, Security, and Reporting, and has held leadership roles in retail HR for North America. Previous positions include Consultant for Talent Management at UNIQLO, HR Director and Senior Manager at Old Navy, and Senior Manager of Compensation at Gap Inc. Additionally, Kristen began work as a Compensation Consultant at Pacific Gas & Electric. Kristen holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of California, Berkeley, and is currently pursuing further education at Wharton Executive Education.
