Laurel Casel

Laurel Casel currently serves as Associate Manager of Consumer Analytics at New Balance, a position held since October 2024. Prior experience includes various roles at Cigna from May 2018 to September 2024, such as Customer Experience Strategic Advisor, Operations Leadership Development Program Associate, Data Enablement Lead Analyst, and Operations Leadership Program Intern. Prior to that, Laurel worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from August 2016 to December 2017, focusing on modeling and testing environmental impacts on aquatic species. Additionally, Laurel held a position as a Seasonal Maintainer and Ranger with the State of Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection from June 2015 to August 2017, emphasizing land maintenance and public interaction. Laurel obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in May 2018.
