Maggie Mahoney

Maggie Mahoney is an experienced apparel designer currently serving as an Apparel Technical Designer I - Digital at New Balance since February 2023. With a strong background in adaptive apparel design, Maggie has been with RotaWear since January 2018, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to address the needs of wheelchair users through qualitative research and prototyping. Previous roles include Apparel Pattern Maker at Reebok from March 2020 to December 2022, where responsibilities included managing fit sessions and creating patterns using Gerber CAD software, and Design Production Assistant at Amy Nguyen Textiles. Additional experience encompasses positions such as Creative Marketing Graphic Designer at Alan Bilzerian, Functional Apparel Designer at Open Style Lab, and an internship in design and patternmaking at BCBG Maxazria. Maggie holds a Bachelor's degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, completed in 2017.
