Nikki Burrill

Nikki Burrill is an experienced Senior Merchandise Manager for Global DTC Apparel & Accessories at New Balance since August 2021, where duties include developing seasonal global assortments and coordinating with various teams to implement effective go-to-market strategies. Prior to this role, Nikki served at The North Face, a VF Company for nearly seven years, holding positions as Buyer Manager and Senior Buyer, focusing on performance apparel, hardgoods, and footwear, while guiding teams to align merchandising efforts with business objectives. Nikki's earlier experience includes a Buyer role at Tommy Bahama, where strategic assortment planning was emphasized, as well as positions at Kohl's and Macy's, specializing in men's collections and special sizes. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising from Radford University.
