Stephanie Smith

Stephanie Smith is the Vice President, North American Retail at New Balance. Stephanie has been with New Balance since 1995, when they started as the GM of Stores. In their current role, Stephanie is responsible for leading and developing the company's retail strategy in North America. Prior to their current role, Stephanie was the Merchandise Manager and Store Manager for New Balance. Stephanie began their career with New Balance as an Assistant Store Manager in 1986.

Stephanie Smith has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Keene State College.

Stephanie Smith reports to Robert DeMartini, President & CEO. Stephanie Smith works with Joan McGrail - Vice President, Corporate Human Resources, Anne Davis - Vice Chairman & Executive VP, and Howard Chang - Vice President, China.
