Jason McLaughlin

Jason McLaughlin serves as the Vice President at New Bedford Management since February 2022, bringing extensive experience in property management. Previously, Jason held the role of Regional Property Manager at Greystar from May 2020 to February 2022 and played a significant role at New Bedford Management Corp. from November 2004 to May 2020 as Partner, Vice President, and Senior Portfolio Manager. In these positions, Jason oversaw various aspects of property management, including recruitment, operational procedures, and managing substantial property portfolios, particularly in the competitive New York City market. Jason also has operational management experience from Red Hawk Management, where responsibilities included overseeing janitorial and maintenance operations. Jason earned a degree from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania between 1996 and 1999.
