Brian Latkowski

EVP Of Global Sales at New Benefits

Brian Latkowski has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Brian started their career at Health Net in 1993, where they worked in sales. Brian later joined vSimplify in 1999 as SVP of Sales, responsible for managing a multi-tier distribution channel and developing platform resources. In 2002, they became VP of Sales Executive at UnitedHealth Group. From 2004 to 2011, Brian worked at National Financial Partners as Vice President, maintaining partnerships with employee benefit product manufacturers. Brian then joined Frost Insurance as SVP, Statewide Employee Benefits Practice Leader, overseeing operations in Texas. In 2014, Brian joined New Benefits as EVP of Global Sales and later became EVP, Employee Benefits Practice Leader. Brian also served as an Advisory Board Member at BenefitsPRO.

Brian Latkowski attended Bryant University from 1987 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Communications. In addition to their degree, Brian has also obtained a certification in General Lines Agent Life, Accident, Health & HMO from the Texas Department of Insurance in August 2023.
