Ilsa Rashid

Ilsa Rashid is a Licensed Associate Counselor at New Brunswick Counseling Center, providing outpatient counseling and support for a diverse caseload of over 40 clients with substance use and mental health diagnoses. In this role, Ilsa developed an evidence-based curriculum for the Orientation to Medically-Assisted Treatment Group and collaborated on individual treatment plans while ensuring accurate documentation for insurance coverage.
