Holly Donaldson Casella

Holly Donaldson Casella has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Holly started their career as an intern at Davidson, Dawson & Clark LLP in 2006. Holly then worked as a marketing intern at CosmoGirl Magazine in 2008. In 2009, Holly worked as a legislative intern at The Humane Society of the United States. Holly further expanded their experience by interning as a development intern in institutional relations at AmeriCares in 2010. Concurrently, they also served as a Hamilton College: HANSA fellow for non-profit management at Rome Humane Society. Holly joined Keep America Beautiful as a junior associate in development in 2011. At AmeriCares, they worked in various roles, starting as an associate in leadership gifts in 2011 and eventually becoming a development officer. During their tenure at AmeriCares, they managed major gift donors, developed new endurance events programs, and engaged a younger demographic of donors through the creation of the "AmeriCares Young Leaders" group. Holly later joined New Canaan Country School, where they held the roles of Director of Alumni Affairs and Director of Major Gifts & Alumni Affairs.

Holly Donaldson Casella attended Hamilton College from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a B.A. degree in Public Policy and Environmental Studies. Prior to that, they attended The Taft School from 2003 to 2007 for their secondary education. Their earlier education was completed at New Canaan Country School from 1994 to 2003.
