Carmen Tsui

Carmen Tsui has extensive experience in the healthcare field, starting as a Certified Nursing Assistant and eventually becoming a Registered Nurse. Carmen has worked in various healthcare settings, including pediatric, psychiatric, community health, and medical-surgical units.
