Nigel Atta-Mensah has a diverse work experience spanning from 2015 to the present. Nigel began their career as an Investment Banking Intern at IC Securities, where they gained insight into investment banking and research division operations. Nigel was responsible for preparing financial projections and supporting senior analysts in delivering an IPO.

In 2016, Nigel worked as a Treasury Intern at ADB - Agricultural Development Bank Ghana, where they received rigorous training and experience in FX sales and back-office treasury functions. Nigel also created daily market commentaries for staff and client distribution.

Nigel joined Crown Agents Bank in 2018 and held multiple roles during their time there. As an Analyst within the Front Office, they conducted client due diligence analysis and led client and product risk analysis. Nigel then progressed to become an Associate Regional Banker, responsible for managing relationships with international development organizations (IDOs) in Eastern and Southern Africa. In their most recent role as a Relationship Manager, VP, Nigel managed relationships with a wide portfolio of IDOs, driving double-digit growth in revenue and transaction volumes.

In 2020, Nigel co-founded New Comma, a company that connects creatives of African descent across the Diaspora and the African Continent with opportunities. Nigel played a key role in rolling out the beta platform, engaging brand partners, and growing brand awareness through social media.

Overall, Nigel's work experience showcases their expertise in relationship management, financial analysis, risk assessment, and entrepreneurship.

Nigel Atta-Mensah began their education at the City of London Academy from 2007 to 2009. Nigel then attended Ghana International School from 2009 to 2012, where they completed their IGCSE. In 2012, Nigel enrolled at the London School of Photography for a brief period. Later that year, they transferred to SOS Hermann Gmeiner International College and completed the International Baccalaureate program between 2012 and 2014. Nigel's pursuit of higher education took him to the University of Nottingham, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from 2014 to 2017. In July 2022, they obtained a certification called YSIP from the United Nations Global Compact.
