Maureen Conley

Maureen Conley is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as President and CEO of New Communities, Inc. since July 2017, Maureen previously held the same title at Medical Care Development, Inc. from August 2010 to July 2017, where additional roles included Chief Operating Officer and Director of MCD Communities. Prior to this, Maureen worked as Vice President of Specialty Products at International WoodFuels, LLC in 2009 and held the position of Regional Vice President of Underwriting & Sales Support at Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield from June 1998 to 2008. Maureen holds an MBA from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, obtained between 2004 and 2006, and a BS in Biochemistry from the University of New Hampshire, earned from 1991 to 1995.
