Christabel Dugah

Christabel Dugah has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of human resources. Christabel most recently worked at New Crystal Group, starting in 2022 as the Deputy Head of HR and later being promoted to the role of Head of Human Resources in August 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Ghana Psychology Council from May 2021 to October 2022. Christabel also worked as a Private Secretary and Public Relations Officer at the same organization from November 2018 to April 2021.

Before their role at Ghana Psychology Council, Christabel held positions in customer service at Vodafone, starting as a Customer Service Representative in June 2014 and later becoming a Supervisor, Experience Centre from June 2017 to November 2018. Additionally, they worked as a Teacher of French at CPF School Complex from January 2014 to June 2014.

Christabel'searly work experience includes an internship at France Volontaires in July 2012 to September 2012. Overall, Christabel Dugah has a strong background in human resources, customer service, and education.

Christabel Dugah's education history includes obtaining a Diploma in Computer Studies from Shadee Computers Worldwide in 2008. Christabel then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Languages-French and English from the University of Cape Coast from 2008 to 2012. In 2013, they completed a Certificate course in Public Relations, Advertising, and Marketing at the Ghana Institute of Journalism. Finally, in 2015 to 2017, Christabel earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Cape Coast.
