Paul Medina

Paul Medina is a Lab Manager at New Culture. Paul has also worked as a Research Associate II at Perfect Day from April 2019 to January 2021, a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician at Genentech from August 2016 to August 2017, and an Associate Chemist at AMPAC Fine Chemicals from May 2016 to August 2016. Prior to that, they were an Associate Manufacturing Technician at Thermo Fisher Scientific/Kelly Scientific from September 2015 to May 2016, a Disc Jockey at KDVS 90.3 FM from January 2014 to September 2016, a Student Assistant at UC Davis Student Housing from September 2013 to February 2015, and an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Foothill-De Anza Community College District from June 2012 to September 2013.

Paul Medina has a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Davis. Paul transferred to De Anza College to study Biology/Biological Sciences, General. Paul is certified in Standard First Aid, CPR and AED from the American Red Cross, and Worker Occupational Safety and Health Specialist from UC Berkeley Labor Occupational Health Program.

Paul Medina reports to Matt Gibson, CEO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Patrick Stoddard - Lead Scientist, DSP R&D, Benjamin Freedman - Chief of Staff, and Inja Radman - Co-Founder & CSO.
