Saeed Oladi has a diverse work experience in the food industry, starting as a Research Assistant at Isfahan University of Technology in 2003. Saeed then worked as a Lecturer at Azad University (IAU) before transitioning to roles in production management and product development at Solico Group. Oladi later joined LSU AgCenter as a Graduate Research Assistant and later as a Graduate Research Associate. Saeed continued their scientific work at Ripple Foods as a Scientist, then became a Senior Scientist and Team Lead at Impossible Foods. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director of Product Development and Commercialization at New Culture.
Saeed Oladi holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Tabriz, a Master of Science (MSc) in Food Engineering from Isfahan University of Technology, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biological/Biosystems Engineering, Engineering Science from Louisiana State University.
