Brandy Schmidt

Brandy Schmidt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in political and organizational roles within the New Democratic Party of Canada and Manitoba NDP. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff since October 2020, Brandy previously coordinated tours for the office of Jagmeet Singh and held positions such as Outreach Officer and Convention Coordinator, where expertise in managing large-scale events and logistics was demonstrated. Previous experience includes office management in the NDP Caucus and constituency work in the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, along with notable contributions to the MS Society of Canada, where volunteer coordination was a key focus. Brandy holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Development Studies from The University of Winnipeg.
