Marybeth Peters

Marybeth Peters is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in behavioral health management. Currently serving as Clinical Director and Director of Clinical Operations at New Directions Behavioral Health since September 2020, Marybeth previously held various roles at Magellan Behavioral Health, including Manager of Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and Senior EAP Consultant. With a proven track record of managing teams and regional operations, Marybeth has successfully overseen a team of 20 direct reports in the Federal Occupational Health contract. Prior to these positions, Marybeth worked as an EAP Counselor at NEAS, Inc. Marybeth holds both a Master of Social Work and a Master of Social Work with a concentration in Social Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the same institution.
