Care Management Team

The Care Management Team at New Directions Behavioral Health (now Lucet) is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the full continuum of care for individuals with behavioral health needs. This team, composed of clinical care coordinators, care managers, mental health therapists, and specialized case managers, provides assessment, intervention, and management services to ensure that patients receive appropriate, timely, and effective care. They also facilitate seamless care transitions, optimize utilization of resources, and support employees through EAP programs and mental health training, ultimately promoting healthier, more balanced lifestyles for clients across the nation.
