Jennifer Raymond

Jennifer Raymond began their career in 2010 with New Directions Youth & Family Services as a Human Resources Assistant. Jennifer was later promoted to Human Resources Coordinator, where they were responsible for coordinating an ongoing employee rewards & recognition program, creating quarterly anniversary awards, and serving on Agency committees as requested by their supervisor. In the same year, they also began working as an Independent Distributor for Premier Designs Jewelry.

Jennifer Raymond received their Regents High School Diploma from Niagara Wheatfield in 2006. Jennifer then attended State University of New York at Fredonia, where they earned a Bachelors in Science in Psychology in 2009. Finally, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Niagara University in 2012.
