Renee Crowden

WRAPAROUND Care Coordinator at New Directions

Renee Crowden has a long history of work experience, starting in 2006 as a Guidance Counselor/ Intern for the Eden Central School District. In 2007, they moved on to become a Director/ Prevention Specialist for Boys & Girls Clubs of America. In 2011, they became a Child Protection Case Worker for Erie County. In 2014, they took on two roles: Senior Case Manager for Matt Urban Hope House and Stay at Home Mommy for My Family. In 2018, they began working as a WRAPAROUND Care Coordinator for New Directions Youth and Family Services, as well as a Customer Service Representative for both 716 Insurance Agency and Carla Marrazzo State Farm.

Renee Crowden received their Regents from Lake Shore Central High School in 1995 to 1999. Renee then attended Erie Community College from 1999 to 2001, earning an Associate of Arts (AA) in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities. Following that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Criminal Justice and Human Services from Hilbert College in 2002 to 2004. Finally, they earned a Master of Education (MEd) in Counseling from Saint Bonaventure University in 2005 to 2007.
