Ashvin Vaidyanathan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success, advisory roles, and strategic management across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success and Services at LinkedIn, Ashvin leads a team of over 1,400 members focused on enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction. In addition, Ashvin is a board member at New Door Ventures, supporting underprivileged youth in the Bay Area, and serves as an investor at MURAL. Previous roles include Chief Customer Officer and Vice President at Gainsight, where Ashvin significantly improved customer retention metrics and team performance. Additional experience encompasses engagement management at McKinsey & Company, strategic pricing at Cypress Semiconductor, and key advisory positions. Ashvin holds an MBA in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai and a BE in Electronics from R.A.I.T.

New Door Ventures believes that every young person has the potential to become an independent, self-sustaining adult. However, not all get the chance due to barriers such as poverty, homelessness, history of justice system involvement, and trauma. Our program gives opportunity youth a way to connect to work and education with paid, meaningful jobs, skills training, educational support, and individualized case management.
