Clementine Forster

Clementine Forster has extensive experience in leadership and operations, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at the New Economics Foundation since May 2025. Prior to this role, Clementine was the Director of Operations at Future Frontiers from February 2024 to May 2025 and has held various positions within the Women’s Equality Party UK, including Chief Operating Officer and Party Treasurer from January 2021 to March 2023. A voluntary position as Community Governor at Childeric Primary School was held between January 2022 and November 2024. Clementine's career also includes significant tenures at Perrett Laver, where roles included Chief Operating Officer and Head of Operations from January 2006 to December 2019, and at TPP Recruitment as Temps Desk Co-ordinator from October 2004 to September 2005. Academically, Clementine earned a BA Hons in History & Politics from Oxford Brookes University between 2001 and 2004, following education at Coulsdon College and Streatham Hill and Clapham High School (GDST).
