Suzan Akwii

Suzan Akwii has worked as a regional coordinator in Kampala at New Energy Nexus since January 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a research assistant at Transparency International Uganda from December 2017 to January 2018, where they participated in a training on data collection and collected data through interviews and entered it using the mobile application (ODK). From February 2014 to November 2017, they worked as a project assistant at Friends of Christ Revival Ministries, conducting home visits to check on the progress of the activities, participating in district and community dialogue meetings, creating a strong network with other organizations and communities to ensure the maintenance of good relationships with beneficiaries and local leaders, building strong relationships with local partners and youth target groups, representing the project before the partners and other stakeholders when required, conducting HIV/AIDs out-reaches and referrals of the clients, handling the daily follow up on the project’s activities in the field, conducting community sensitization on HIV/AIDs, writing and complying monthly reports on activities carried out. Suzan also worked as an administrative assistant at HAI Agency Uganda from February 2013 to December 2013.

Suzan Akwii has a Bachelor's Degree in Adult and Community Education from Kaymbogo University.
