Amanda Marie Hennigan

Amanda Marie Hennigan serves as the Director of People at New Engen, Inc. since October 2023, providing strategic HR support to a significant technical team and establishing performance management protocols that led to a high rate of voluntary resignations among underperforming employees. Previously, Amanda held various roles at Terakeet from February 2015 to October 2023, including Human Resources Business Partner, where significant contributions were made in supporting a large technical team, implementing talent review programs, founding an Apprenticeship Program, and driving DE&I strategies. Amanda's earlier experience includes roles in digital marketing and retail management, showcasing a diverse skill set that combines HR strategy with marketing and operational support. Education was pursued at Manhattanville University and Mohawk Valley Community College.
