Rajarshi Roy (M.Ed, MS, EPt, CSML)

Rajarshi Roy is the Founder of Elpis Design Thinking Inc., a project management consulting venture specializing in high-quality eLearning design and workforce needs analysis. With roles as a School Accreditation Evaluation Visitor for the New England Association of Schools and Colleges and an Accreditation Evaluator for the Council of International Schools, Rajarshi supports organizational improvement in educational settings. As an Examiner, IA Moderator, and Curriculum Developer for the International Baccalaureate's Environmental Systems & Societies program, Rajarshi contributes to curriculum development and strategic direction. Previous positions include high school STEM educator, instructional lead, workshop leader, and circular economy business strategist. Rajarshi holds multiple degrees, including an MEd from the University of Essex and a Graduate Professional Certificate from Harvard Business School.
