Jon Smart is an accomplished professional in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors, currently serving as the Business Development Manager for Customized Solutions at New England Biolabs since March 2023. With prior experience as Regional Sales Manager for UK, France, and Ireland at Bio-Works Technologies and a Technical Sales Account Manager in the Oxford Region at New England Biolabs, Jon has demonstrated expertise in sales and technical support for advanced research reagents and chromatography resins.
