Stephanie Thebarge CPC, CPCO, CPMA, CPPM, CPB, CEMC, CHONC has extensive experience in compliance management and healthcare operations. Currently serving as Compliance Manager at New England Cancer Specialists since May 2005, Stephanie's responsibilities include E&M auditing, credentialing, revenue cycle management, and maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations. Since January 2015, Stephanie has also owned Seacoast Health Compliance Consultation, LLC., focusing on developing compliance plans for healthcare organizations. Previous roles include Front Desk Receptionist and Medical Secretary at Plastic and Hand Surgical Associates from 2001 to 2005, and Data Entry Clerk at Visiting Nurse Service of Southern Maine from 1999 to 2001. Stephanie holds a degree from the University of Hartford and a High School Diploma from Cape Elizabeth High School.
