Barry Reaves

Barry Reaves is currently the Vice President for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Justice (DEI/J) & Workforce Development at NECEC. In the past, Barry has held roles such as Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Boston Planning & Development Agency, Assistant Director Of Investigations And Training at the City of Boston, and Complaints Resolution Manager at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). Prior to these roles, Barry served in the US Army as the Senior Equal Opportunity Advisor, Supervisory Staff Administrator, and Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program Coordinator.
