Erik Fay

Erik Fay has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as a Patrolman at Ashland Police Department. Erik worked there until 2018. In 2018, they joined New England Donor Services as a Tissue Donation Coordinator. Erik held this position until 2020, when they were promoted to Tissue Donation Coordinator II. In 2022, they further advanced to the role of Tissue Donation Coordinator III. Currently, Erik is working as a Tissue Operations Trainer at New England Donor Services.

Erik Fay obtained a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, completing their education from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their degree, Erik also obtained a certification in Instructional Design: Adult Learners from LinkedIn in May 2022.
