Justin Hayes has over 20 years of experience in the finance and banking sectors, currently serving as a Business Loan Officer at New England Federal Credit Union since October 2018. Prior roles include Business Banking Relationship Manager, VP, and Portfolio Manager at People’s United Bank, N.A., as well as positions in commercial credit analysis and accounting at various organizations. Justin's career began in accounting at Hospitality Well Done, with subsequent roles at Chittenden Bank and Bugbee Insulation Inc. Justin holds an Advanced Accounting Certificate from Champlain College and a degree in Recreation Management and Small Business Development from the University of Vermont.
