Jessica O’Neil

JESSICA O’NEIL provides visionary leadership as CEO at New England Neurological Associates (NENA), inspiring high levels of performance in the delivery of healthcare and business administration.  

For over twenty years, Jessica has worked in multiple facets of healthcare—all centralized in the Merrimack Valley.  Jessica’s healthcare experience has spanned healthcare informatics, primary and specialty medical practice management, site operations directorship at a Federally Qualified Health Center, and non-profit hospital administration.  Jessica’s academic training includes a Bachelor’s in Business and a Master’s in Health Administration, both from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Jessica is a recent Fellow of the LEADS economic and leadership development network and enjoys collaborative work investing in local civic infrastructure.
