Jim Scollins

Jim Scollins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail and operations management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Retail Operations for the New England Patriots since June 2005, Jim oversees ProShop Retail Operations, including store management, product buying, and inventory management. Previous roles include Director of Ecommerce & Warehouse Operations and Manager of Ecommerce, where responsibilities encompassed digital marketing and sales growth. Prior to the Patriots, Jim held positions such as General Manager at DISH Network Service Corporation, where leadership improved performance metrics substantially, and General Manager at Chinasprout.com, implementing operational changes that increased sales and website traffic. Additional experience includes a Vice President role at About.com and various technical support and sales positions, showcasing a diverse background in both managerial and operational capacities. Jim holds an education from Bridgewater State University.
