Erickson Richard

Erickson Richard is currently serving as the Game Day Sales and Service Coordinator for the New England Revolution since February 2024, assisting with game day preparations and VIP guest coordination. Additionally, Erickson holds the position of Graduate Assistant Field Hockey Coach at Franklin Pierce University, starting in June 2024. Previous experience includes a Virtual Sales Academy Internship with the Atlanta Hawks, where invaluable sales training and connections were gained, and a Customer Experience Associate role at DraftKings Inc., focusing on customer service and communication. Earlier roles also involved marketing and social media management across various organizations, including the Parent Management Training Institute and Greater Miami Festivals and Events Association. Erickson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Art & Design, with a minor in Psychology from Saint Michael's College, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Sports Management at Franklin Pierce University.
